Visa Information

Foreign participants entering Japan must hold valid passport and Japan visa.

"Invitation Letter to CNSM 2017 Ewill be issued to:
- keynote speakers, presenters, panelists, and organizing committee members
- conference participant who has paid their registration fee

If you need an invitation letter to apply for visa, please send the following information to CNSM 2017 Registration Chair (Prof. Takashi Kurimoto, at tkurimoto@nii.ac.jp)

Please keep in mind that visa arrangements are the responsibility of attendees and may take more than one month.
