Welcome Reception - a "Botequim Cocktail"

The Welcome Reception will take place on November 18th at 6pm at the hotel, Foyer I+II - Second Floor, offering a selection of iconic food from traditional botequim (boteˈkĩ) bars from Rio de Janeiro. We will be serving a selection of delicious appetizers and typical drinks such as Brazilian beer and "caipirinha". It is open to all CNSM 2014 participants.

Conference Dinner - Dining Experience at "Fogo de Chão", an Authentic Brazilian Steakhouse

"Fogo de Chão" (fo-go dèe shoun) is an authentic Brazilian steakhouse. The restaurant will serve several cuts of delectable fire roasted meats that are prepared by gaucho chefs and brought directly to your table. It will also feature a gourmet salad bar and authentic Brazilian side dishes and drinks - including the world famous "caipirinha". It is open to all CNSM 2014 participants, except those registered taking advantage of Student-category fees.
