Registration

Each CNSM 2025 paper, including Mini-conference, Workshop, Poster, and Demo papers, must be covered with an Author registration. Each PhD Symposium paper must be covered with a Student registration.

Author registration deadlines

• Full, Short, Mini-conference and Demo papers: September 15th, 2025
• Workshop and PhD Symposium papers: September 21st, 2025.
• Poster papers: September 26th, 2025.

Participant registration deadlines

• The advanced registration for participants ends on September 30th, 2025.
• Late Registration starts on October 1st, 2025.

Author Registration and Attendance Policy

• Every paper accepted for presentation at CNSM 2025 must have an associated registration at the Author rate.
• Every paper accepted for presentation at a CNSM 2025 co-located workshop must have an associated registration at either the Author rate or the Workshop Author rate rate.
• Every paper accepted for presentation at the CNSM 2025 PhD Symposium must have an associated registration at the Student rate.
• For each paper accepted in any track or workshop of CNSM 2025, at least one co-author must be registered as author to secure the paper’s publication.
• All presenters must be registered either as author, or as participant if the paper is already covered with another author registration.
• The registration of a single co-author at the Author rate will secure the publication of up to 2 papers from the same co-author.
• All papers have to be presented by their co-authors. Presentations from non-author substitute presenters are strongly discouraged, but can be authorized under exceptional and well motivated circumstances by the TPC Co-Chairs. CNSM 2025 reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, if the paper presentation condition is not met.
• All the Registration Fees (rates) given in the tables below are in Euros and include 22% VAT.

To register for the conference, please follow one of the links below according to who will be in charge of the payment. Then click on Buy tickets, select the registration fee (the options are reported below) and then fill in the participant information and payment details.

• Personal registration with credit card
• Company or institution registration with credit card or bank transfer
• Italian public administration registration with credit card or bank transfer

Important: If you are registering as an author, please specify the EDAS paper ID (maximum two papers) in the relevant text field.

Registration Fees

Full Conference Registration (Main Conference, Mini-Conference, and All Workshops)

Author and non-author full conference registration provides access to the 5-day technical sessions, to the welcome reception, and conference dinner.

Workshops

Workshop registration provides one-day access only to the Monday or Friday workshop sessions.

The Workshop Author rate is valid only for workshop papers.
