VISA Information

Foreign participants entering Greece must hold a valid passport and may need a VISA. Further information about VISA requirements is available at: https://www.mfa.gr/en/visas/visas-for-foreigners-traveling-to-greece/countries-requiring-or-not-requiring-visa.html

An invitation letter to CNSM 2022 will be issued to:

• authors, keynote speakers, presenters, panelists, and organizing committee members
• conference participants who have paid their registration fee

If you need an invitation letter to apply for a VISA, please send the following information to the Local Arrangement Chair (kalafatidis@uom.edu.gr):

• Name
• Male/Female
• Organization
• Address
• Date of Birth
• Citizenship
• Passport No.
• Paper Title (if any)

Please keep in mind that VISA arrangements are the responsibility of attendees and may take time to be completed.
