If you want to attend Gala Dinner, please register by 17:00, 5th Nov. (Mon). If you miss the deadline, you cannot attend Gala Dinner.
Author Registration and Attendance Policy
- Every paper accepted at CNSM 2018, HiPNet or SR+SFC must have an associated registration at the Author rate.
- For each paper (this applies for all kind of papers of CNSM 2018 and workshops, posters included), at least one co-author must be registered as author (Author rate) to secure the paper’s publication
- The registration of a single co-author as author (Author rate) will secure the publication of up to three papers
- All papers have to be presented. CNSM 2018 reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper has not been presented at the conference / worshops
Registration Options and Fees
- Main Conference Registration (includes Mini-Conference): Lunch (Monday-Thursday), Welcome Reception, (+ Gala dinner for non-student/life member registrations: Author, Member and Non-Member).
- Full Conference including Workshops/Tutorials Registration (and Mini-Conference): Lunch (Monday-Friday), Welcome Reception, (+ Gala dinner for non-student/life member registrations: Author, Member and Non-Member).
- Workshops Only or Tutorial Only Registration: Lunch (Monday or Friday).
Members of IEEE, ACM, AICA and of IFIP member societies are entitled to Member rates.

Gala Dinner Ticket

We accept payment by credit card and bank transfer but please note the following conditions.
- The bank transfer should be completed within 5 business days after registration (and before attendance).
- Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and are to be paid in addition to the registration fee (for bank transfer from outside the SEPA Single Euro Payments Area). When ordering the bank transfer you need to ask and make sure that all bank transaction fees are charged to your account.
- We only accept credit card payment for on-site registration (Cash payment is NOT available for on-site registration)
- The receipt/invoices will be handed at the site during the conference period.

Access to Lunch and Events
- Lunch and coffee-breaks are included, provided that the participant is registered to the event taking place on the respective day.
- All types of registration to the main conference grant the access to the welcome reception: Workshops Only and Tutorial Only registrations do not grant access to the welcome reception.
- A registration to the main conference (all types except student/life member registration) covers the admission to the Gala dinner.
- Student, Life member, Workshops Only and Tutorial Only registrations do not cover the admission to the Gala dinner. To access the Gala dinner, a ticket should be bought at an additional cost.
- Accompanying persons cannot attend Main Conference or Workshops
- Accompanying persons are invited to the Welcome Reception. However, lunches and coffee-breaks are not included for accompanying persons.
- To access the Gala dinner, each accompanying person must purchase an additional ticket.

Cancellation Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be received by 30 October 2018. There will be an administrative fee of €80 deducted from each refund. No refunding will be possible for cancellations received on and after 30 October 2018.
